Refund policy

Please be advised of the following shipping details for your orders:

• Processing Time: Your order will undergo a processing time of 5-20 days.

• Weekend Shipping: We do not provide shipping services over the weekends. Orders submitted on Friday or during the weekend will be processed in the early part of the following week.

• Made-to-Order Items: We are a small business, and most items are made-to-order. Kindly understand that, due to the nature of our production process, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and assure you that the wait will be worth it.

• Because items are made-to-order, refunds are not granted unless there is a mistake on the order.
