Shipping policy

Shipping takes 5-8 days NOT INCLUDING PROCESSING TIME.

Please note the shipping is not the same as the processing time. Shipping time is in addition to the processing time. 

Processing time is anywhere from 5-20 days.

Once the email has been sent out with tracking information, if the package gets lost in the mail or can not be delivered it is an issue with the post office and we are not liable.

Because items are made-to-order, refunds are not granted unless there is a mistake on the order.
